GROUNDBREAKING CEREMONY OF CARA RIVER PARK: A NEW LANDMARK FOR MODERN URBAN LIVING IN CAN THO

On the morning of August 8, in Cái Răng District, Cần Thơ City, Dat Xanh Mien Tay Joint Stock Company solemnly held the groundbreaking ceremony for the high-end apartment project Cara River Park. This marks a significant milestone, signaling the beginning of a landmark development in the central city of the Mekong Delta region.

The Cara River Park project was approved by the People’s Committee of Cần Thơ City under Investment Decision No. 2729/QĐ-UBND dated August 12, 2022, and received Construction Permit No. 03/GPXD on July 27, 2023. The project is located on plots QJ and HJ in Lot 49 Residential Area, Nam Cần Thơ Urban Area, Hưng Thạnh Ward, Cái Răng District – a prime location with synchronized planning and modern infrastructure.

At the event, Mr. Dương Quốc Thủy, CEO of Dat Xanh Mien Tay, stated:
“Cara River Park is a passion project that marks an important transformation for Dat Xanh Mien Tay as a developer. After six years in real estate services, we aim to deliver a project of high standards, enhancing residents’ quality of life and reinforcing our position as a leading luxury real estate developer in the Southwest region.”

To ensure a well-organized and efficient project implementation, DBFS Joint Stock Company (a member of the Victory Group ecosystem) serves as the project developer, applying a comprehensive DBFS solution (Design – Build – Finance – Sale & Marketing). This approach optimizes coordination across design, construction, financing, and distribution, creating a transparent, professional, end-to-end process that enhances the project’s sustainable value. In addition, VictoryCons (a subsidiary of Victory Group) has been selected as the general contractor, directly executing construction with high technical standards to ensure both progress and quality.

Mr. Le Hao, CEO of DBFS, representing the Project Developer and General Contractor, shared:
“Cara River Park embodies the dedication of Dat Xanh Mien Tay and DBFS, aiming to provide the people of Cần Thơ, and the Mekong Delta region more broadly, with a green, modern, and luxurious living space while preserving the area’s traditional cultural values.”

The Cara River Park project has a total investment of over VND 564 billion, consisting of two 20-story towers with one basement floor, on a 3,090 m² land plot. The project offers 358 high-end apartments (1–3 bedrooms), 8 penthouses, and 20 commercial shophouses. Additionally, the development includes an internal park of nearly 2,000 m² and over 30 modern amenities such as a swimming pool, BBQ garden, children’s playground, and sports areas, providing a convenient and premium living environment for future residents.

At the ceremony, Mr. Dương Tấn Hiển, Standing Vice Chairman of the People’s Committee of Cần Thơ City, emphasized:
“In urban development, the city needs modern high-rise residential projects that harmonize with Cần Thơ’s riverine identity, contributing to a smart and livable city. According to the plan, the project is expected to be completed and handed over from late Q2 to early Q3 2025, offering Cần Thơ City a sustainable, modern, and community-oriented high-end apartment development.
